Sometimes the hardest part of change is doing it alone, and you have discovered that you don’t have to. I am happy to support you on your journey of exploration and healing. With my 15+ years of experience, I’m confident that my diverse background and breadth of knowledge can assist in whatever challenges may come your way. My goal is to get to the heart of the matter and provide quality mental health counseling, accurate assessments and treatment that promotes emotional closure, self-actualization, and general life productivity.

I am a lifelong learner and student of life. I have experience with parent-child relationships, brain gym techniques, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, trauma informed therapy, multicultural counseling, child and adolescent therapy, substance use disorders and clinical supervision.

I am a wife, mother, athlete, and avid cook. I never shy away from an opportunity to try something, learn something, or meet someone new. I am confident that I can be a useful support during your time of growth, and I look forward to the opportunity to assist you.

PURPOSE

The corporation is organized for the following purposes: 501c3 empowers social services through programming for young boys, girls, adults, and seniors. These programs and resources consist of but are not limited to counseling, education, life skills and community inclusion and resource access. Past activities included community education workshops, individual, group, family therapy, and community inclusion focused on learning through leisure-type events. Present ideas are held on a small scale due to insufficient funding but include direct psychiatric and educational support, guidance, and linking to community resources. Future activities will expand in areas of supplies and materials to enhance planned experiences such as t-shirts, meals, and other supplies conducive for the event.
